When I look around at what we have built in Rabigh, I feel I am getting a glimpse into a bright future. There is a spirit at the company, a sense of optimism and energy.  There is a desire to get things done, to make a contribution. As a business culture, Petro Rabigh provides the blueprint for a new Saudi Arabia.
    
I look around and see Japanese and Saudis living and working side by side. These diverse cultures have joined forces in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula , and in doing so have created something bold and new. That, surely, is the promise brought to us by globalism.  

I see our human potential being fulfilled. Petro Rabigh uses technologies that are among the most advanced in the world, demanding that we employ the best technicians and engineers. We are a company with global reach and a global outlook, and we are creating a generation of Saudis who can thrive on the global stage.   

Petro Rabigh is an enormous enterprise, currently employing around 2,000 people, over 80% of them Saudis, and these figures will continue to rise into the foreseeable future. There is, however, an intimacy and camaraderie here that would do any small family business proud.   

This spirit is founded on the belief that Petro Rabigh is doing important work. We know that the materials we produce will go on to improve people's lives. We know, too, that our successes will contribute to the success of Saudi Arabia. For these reasons we have an unshakable determination to make good on our promises. This is the Petro Rabigh way.
