As a Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer of the Petrochemicals & Plastics Sector and Business Development for a Circular System for Plastics, Noriaki Takeshita has over 40 years of experience in the field of petrochemicals and has held a number of executive positions at Sumitomo Chemical Company, Japan.

Until the end of 2021, he held positions as Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Petro Rabigh, and in addition to being a Non-Executive Director of the Petro Rabigh Board of Directors, he is also a member of the Board Audit Committee, the Marketing Steering Committee and the Nomination and Compensation Committee.

Takeshita jointed Sumitomo Chemical Company, holding positions in Administration, Management Human Resources, Planning & Coordination, and Petrochemicals & Plastics. In Japan, Singapore, and Rabigh, he has been applying his 40 years of cosmopolitan experience in the Petrochemicals & Plastics sectors as well as Management since he got his Bachelor Degree in Law at Tokyo University in 1982.
