Adel Al-Mejhed has been appointed as Petro Rabigh Vice President of Industrial Relations, effective April 1, 2023.
 
With more than 25 years of experience in Saudi Aramco, Adel served as the Vice President of HR & Support Services at SATORP for three years. During his tenure, he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives for HR, Material & Services Procurement, Government Affairs, and Support Services organizations. He also served as a member of several committees, where he contributed his expertise and knowledge to various projects.

Adel has also held various leadership positions in Saudi Aramco, including acting Director of Human Resources Policy & Planning and Human Resources Systems Department. He has extensive experience in advising the company on all Out of Kingdom (OOK) Joint Ventures and subsidiaries for HR Total Rewards Programs.
 
Adel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the US and a Master's degree in HR Management through Saudi Aramco Advanced Degree Program, which has further enhanced his skills and knowledge in the field of HR.
