As a seasoned financial executive, Fahad brings over 15 years of leadership experience across the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors, with deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, governance, and internal controls. He has held several leadership roles within Saudi Aramco and its affiliates.

 

Fahad leadership experience includes:

  • Financial Controller, Crude Oil to Chemcails Project (Aramco

  • Leader of various transformational projects in finance and governance

 

In addition to his executive role, Fahad also serve as a member of several domestic and international boards and committees including:

Fahad holds an MBA from Clark University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Denver. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

 

He has also completed executive programs at:

  • Harvard Business School
  • Stanford University – Executive Program for Directors
  • London Business School – Finance & Strategy
  • GCC BDI – Board of Directors Program

 

In addition, Fahad has completed extensive training in leadership, strategy, governance, and decision-making.
