Mr. Abdullah Jaber Alfaifi is an Audit and Risk Committee member in different companies. His career spanned more than 35 years of service, most of which covered a long leadership track record in the field of Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (AGRC) in different Government and Private Sectors including one of the largest energy enterprises in the world "Saudi Aramco".  The experience includes heading various functions; Operational & Financial Audits, Forensic Investigation, Streamlining Processes, Governance, Risk Management. His experience has also varied in the fields where Mr. Al-Fifi worked at Saudi Aramco in the fields of Finance and Internal Audit and then held several Management positions as Audit Manager for; Explorations & Producing, Refining and Marketing, Finance & Administration, Operations Support, International Businesses, and Special Audits.

Mr. Al-Fifi has several practical memberships and experiences where he worked as an Advisor at the Ministry of Health "Aramco Secondee" for Audit and Compliance and worked as a Chairman  of the Board Audit Committee at Saudi Association of Internal Auditors, AGRC Independent Consultant, and he is currently member in Audit and Risk Committees at  several companies.

Mr. Al-Faifi has professional credentials in several fields, namely, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and, Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

Also Mr. Alfaifi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from King AbdulAziz University.
