Naoyuki Inoue, 55, is Chief Financial Officer and Finance
& Accounting Vice President of Petro Rabigh, a position he has held since
Inoue was Manager of the Rabigh Project Office from 2004 to
2006, and then extended his connection with the Rabigh Project when he was on
loan from Sumitomo Chemical until 2009 and was responsible for Supply Chain
Management Department. He was then made General Manager of the Automotive Materials
Department in Sumitomo Chemical’s Polypropylene Division, before being
appointed President of TPC Singapore in 2011, a position he held until joining
Petro Rabigh as CFO.
Prior to being appointed CFO & F&A Vice President of
Petro Rabigh in 2016, Inoue rose through the ranks of Sumitomo’s General
Affairs Department, Administrative Department and Corporate Planning &
Coordination Office before spending four years at The Polyolefin Company (TPC)
in Singapore, one of the region’s largest polyolefin producers.
Inoue is an Executive Officer of Sumitomo Chemical since
Inoue joined Sumitomo Chemical at the company’s Chiba Works,
Japan, in 1985 as a Planning Officer. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the
Kyoto University in 1985.
