Hesham H. Azzouz is Acting Vice President, Industrial Relations and Manager
of the Human Capital Management Department.
Azzouz joined Petro Rabigh in
2006 at its early stages and built on over 20 years of previous HR experience
in the Saudi Aramco Oil Company to play an instrumental role in setting up the Human
Resources (HR) Function in collaboration with HR Vice President at the time and
Petro Rabigh Corporate Management, and in establishing and running the Company’s
Employee Relations & Training Department (ER&T).
He has assumed a leading role
in formulating the Company’s HR policies and maintaining the HR Policy Manual,
Internal Bylaws, and HR General Instructions.
He played a leading role in
establishing and administering all of the Company’s training and development programs
and entering into partnerships with qualified training providers.
Azzouz championed the building
of the Company’s ‘Competency Dictionary’ documenting all technical, leadership and
behavioral competencies and conducting a Company-wide competency assessment. Consistently
demonstrating outstanding dedication, performance and leadership qualities.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Management, King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, 1985, and HRM Certificate in Management, 2004.
