Toshiki Matsumura

Toshiki Matsumura graduated from the Faculty of Law, Kyoto University , with a bachelor’s degree in 1975 and joined Sumitomo Chemical the same year. In 1987, he was seconded to Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore (pte) Ltd until 1990 where he was seconded to the Polyolefin Company (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. He was appointed Deputy Manager for the Basic Chemicals Administration Office in 1993 and as a General Manager for Corporate Planning & Coordination Office in 2003. In 2005, he became the General Manager for Rabigh Project Office, and then was assigned as an Executive Officer and seconded to Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company.
