Follow up announcement from Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) with respect to the periodic maintenance program (T&I).

With reference to the previous announcement of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh), dated July 13th, 2011, regarding the periodic maintenance (T&I) for the utilities and production units at the refining and petrochemical complex, Petro Rabigh announces that as of today July 31st, 2011, the High Olefins Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (HOFCC) has been started up. Thus, all the production units at the complex are now in operation and the periodic maintenance program (T&I) is completed. The entire complex will reach its full operational capacity by August 15th, 2011.
