Append Announcement from Petro Rabigh on the Power Supply Outage and Initial Start-up of the Two Polyethylene Units.

With reference to the announcements that Petro Rabigh made earlier about the affected operations as a result of power supply outage from the supplier to Petro Rabigh complex, and its append announcement of December 18, 2010, the company announces that on January 2, 2011 the initial start-up of the two units of polyethylene production at full production capacity, in addition to one of the furnaces in the Ethane Cracking unit. Restart of the remaining furnaces of the Ethane Cracking unit is in progress.
